How unfurnished works
Unfurnished rooms come clean and empty with blackout curtains already up. Bring your own bed, dresser and desk; the kitchen, living rooms and laundry are already set up, so you only move what goes in one room. Hang whatever you like, and patch any holes when you leave.
Unfurnished makes the most sense for longer stays, when you already own a bedroom set, or when you need something specific like a firm mattress or a standing desk.
The suite with a private bath
The suite is the one room with its own attached bathroom, used only by you. It's 151 square feet, fully furnished with a queen bed and desk, and $950 a month with every utility included. It suits anyone who works nights, keeps odd hours, or just doesn't want to share a bathroom.
